The page is blank or shows a WebGL / graphics error

This usually isn't permanent — it most often happens when your GPU is busy or out of memory. Try these in order:

  1. Reload the page (it often works on the next attempt).
  2. Close other tabs and apps that may be using the GPU.
  3. Make sure hardware acceleration is enabled — in Chrome: Settings → System → "Use graphics acceleration when available".
  4. Update your browser and graphics drivers.

How do I report a bug?

Post in the bug-reports channel on Discord with: what you were doing, what happened, your browser and OS, and a screenshot or clip if you have one. The more detail, the faster the fix.

Can I play on a Chromebook?

Yes. SICAR is fully browser-based — no download, no install. Any device with a modern browser and WebGL support can play, including Chromebooks.

Do I need an account to play?

No — you can jump in as a guest. Creating an account saves your progress, loadouts, and cosmetics across devices.

The game feels laggy — what can I do?

Close background downloads and streaming tabs, use a wired connection or strong Wi-Fi, and try toggling postprocessing off in the in-game options. If the issue persists, share your ping/region in Discord so we can check server health.
